F10基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达

F10 expressions in cervical cancer tissues

摘要: 目的检测F10基因及其编码蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况,探讨F10基因与宫颈癌病理发生发展的关系。方法收集 宫颈癌临床组织标本共30例,运用RT-PCR的方法检测30对宫颈癌组织及相应的癌旁组织中的F10基因的表达,运用免疫组织 化学方法检测并比较30对宫颈癌组织与癌旁组织及正常组织中F10基因蛋白的表达情况。结果RT-PCR的检测结果显示,宫 颈癌组织中F10基因的表达明显高于相应癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),免疫组织化学检测F10蛋白的结果与RT-PCR 结果基本一致。对不同分化程度的病例进行分析,结果显示低分化组宫颈癌组织中F10的表达显著高于中低分化或中分化病 例。术前化疗的宫颈癌组织中F10的表达量降低,显著低于未行术前化疗的病例(P<0.01)。结论宫颈癌组织中F10基因的表 达量与其分化程度呈负相关,分化程度越低的宫颈癌组织中F10表达越强,可能与癌症的产生与发展有关。另外,化疗显著下 调宫颈癌组织中F10的表达。

Abstract: Objective To detect the expression of F10 at both mRNA and protein levels in cervical cancer tissues and explore its role in the occurrence and progression of cervical cancer. Methods F10 expressions at mRNA and protein levels were detected in 30 pairs of cervical cancer tissues and adjacent tissues using RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results The mRNA and protein expressions of F10 were significantly higher in cervical cancer tissues than in the adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05). F10 expression was significantly higher in poorly differentiated cervical cancer than in well differentiated cancer tissues, and was also lower in patients with preoperative chemotherapy than in those without chemotherapy. Conclusion F10 expression level is inversely correlated with the differentiation of cervical cancer and possible plays a role in the tumorigenesis and progression of cervical cancer.
