To explore the clinical significance of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) of instructing to remove basal ganglia region Gliomas and decreasing the disability after operation.
Fourty-eight cases of basal ganglia region Gliomas which were carried MRI and DTI scanning before operation from 2009 to 2014 were as the DTI Group. While 30 cases in controlled group were only took MRI scanning before operation in the same term. In the DTI group, pyramidal tract was reconstructed by the technique of Fiber Tracking and the 3D structure relationship between the fiber tracts and the tumor was known well before operation. Then, the surgical approach was chosen according to its away from the pyramidal tract. Otherwise, resection range of the tumor tissue was decided according to invasive severity of the pyramidal tract by the tumor. The difference of the rate of resection and the KPS scores were compared between two groups at four weeks after operation.
In the controlled group, the rate of total resection, subtotal resection and biopsy was respectively 63.3% (19/30), 23.3%(7/30) and 13.3% (4/30); While in the DTI group, they were respectively 60.4% (29/48), 27.1% (13/48) and 12.5% (6/48). There was no significant difference in total resection between these two groups (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in KPS scores between two groups (P < 0.05) due to compare 87.29±14.84 in the DTI group with 77.67±19.09 in the controlled group.
DTI presurgically is good for instructing to remove basal ganglia region Gliomas due to its decreasing the disability rate and increasing living quality of patients after operation. But it did not contribute to total resection of tumors.
To investigate the value of BI-RADS-US classification in the diagnosis of breast lesions by analyzing the ultrasonographic characteristics of breast lesions and to compare with the pathological diagnosis.
A retrospective analysis was made on 412 cases of grade BI-RADS grade of breast ultrasound in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015.
In 412 cases of breast lesions, 367 cases of benign lesions, 45 cases of malignant lesions, cases of malignant lesions, cases of malignant lesions. The sensitivity of BI-RADS-US classification to the diagnosis of breast lesions was 88.89%, specificity was 85.83%, accuracy was 86.17%, and the PPV was gradually increased by III~V.
BI-RADS classification has important clinical value in the diagnosis of breast lesions. The implementation of BI-RADS grading can provide a reference for the standardization and standardization of breast lesions.
To campare the application value of three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) in measuring atrial septal defect (ASD).
Sixty-seven patients with ASD who undergoing percutaneous trans catheter closure treatment were enrolled. The diameter of ASDs were measured by conventional 2DTEE, 12-plane 2DTEE and 3 DTEE respectively, and correlation with the maximal diameter of ASD and the size of occluder was analyzed.
The maximal diameter of ASD measured by conventional 2DTTE was less 3DTEE in integral group (P < 0.001), large group (P < 0.001) and Oval group (P < 0.01); the maximal diameter of ASD measured by 12-plane 2DTEE was greater than 3DTTE in small group (P < 0.05). The correlation between the maximal diameter of ASD measured by 3DTEE and the size of the occluder was greater than conventional 2DTEE and 12-plane 2DTEE in all groups.
3DTEE can accurately measure the diameter of ASD, it plays an important role in occluder selection. 12-plane 2DTEE and 3DTEE can complement each other in ASD measurement.
To investigate the application value of iterative reconstruction technique in low radiation dose chest CT examination.
A total of 66 cases of outpatients or inpatients with the chest CT scaned, were divided into conventional dose group and low dose group randomly, The conventional dose group (group A) was reconstructed using filtered back projection (FBP), when low dose group were treated with low dose scanning respectively using FBP (group B) and iterative reconstruction technique (Group C) to generate the image. Compared with the noise, signal to noise ratio (SNR), contrast to noise ratio (CNR), and the quality of reconstructed images of the three groups.
The noise in A and C group was significantly lower than that in B group, while CNR and SNR were higher than those in B group (P < 0.05). The image quality of A and C two groups could fully meet the needs of clinical diagnosis, and the observation were in good agreement, while the B group CT images in the overall quality of the image score was significantly lower, and the difference between A and C two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Iterative reconstruction technique used in low radiation dose chest CT examination was safe and reliable, could meet the diagnostic requirements to obtain an image.

To study the change rule of blood flow of diabetics'central retinal artery (CRA) in early diabetic retinopathy as well as the correlation between blood flow parameters of CRA and blood sugar level.
Color Doppler ultrasound detected those patients who had been clinically diagnosed as diabetics but noticed nothing by funduscopic examination. According to the blood sugar control good or not, the result was divided into Group A and Group B. Group A was that the blood sugar control was poor and group B was those with better blood sugar control. It was regrouped as Group C by diabetics in Group A whose blood sugar control was good for four months after lowering the blood sugar level to normal by various measures.
Hemodynamic parameters of CRA changed more obviously in Group A than Group B. They improved obviously in Group (P < 0.05).
Diabetics'hemodynamic parameters of CRA change before clinical symptoms. Its blood flow parameters are closely related to blood glucose levels. Early diabetic retinopathy is a reversible functional change.
To explore the value of virtual touch tissue imaging (VTI) and virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ) technology of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes.
The routine ultrasound (US) and ARFI imaging features of 100 cervical lymph nodes in 65 patients were analyzed.The VTI area ratio and shear wave velocity (SWV) were obtained by ARFI; then receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were drawn to obtaine the critical values of VTI area ratio and SWV for differentiating benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes on the basis of pathological findings.
Short diameter/ Long, hilus and microcalcification of five US evaluation indexes were P < 0.01, and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes were 84.81%, 90.47%, 86%; 86.07%, 95.23%, 88%;0%, 52.38%, 11%, respectively on routine US. VTI area ratio: 1.07±0.26 for nonspecific reactive lymph nodes, 1.68±0.31 for malignant lymph nodes, with significant difference (T=8.9356, P < 0.001). SWVs: 1.72±0.89 m/s for nonspecific reactive lymph nodes, 2.68±0.48 m/s for malignant lymph nodes with significant difference (T=4.7141, P < 0.001). ROC indicated that AUC was 0.799 for VTI and 0.862 for SWV, the critical value was 1.2 of VTI area ratio and 1.9 of SWV. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 96.20%, 95.23%, 96% of VTI area ratio; 89.87%, 90.47%, 90% of SWV, respectively.

Liver cancer, liver metastases in patients with lesions of the ADC values were (1.12±0.23)×10-3 mm2/s, (1.51±0.43)×10-3 mm2 /s; liver cyst, liver lesions in patients with vascular tumors ADC values were (2.43±0.68)×10-3 mm2/s, (1.99±0.78)×10-3 mm2/s; benign and malignant liver lesions in the region ADC values were significantly (P < 0.05).
MR diffusion imaging diagnosis of liver tumors of great value, especially for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver has a certain value.
To observe the brain using magnetic polygraph treatment of insomnia clinical results.
A total of 70 patients were randomly divided into brain physiology insomnia treatment group (observation group) 35 cases and diazepam treatment group (control group) 35 cases. Were treated for 7 days, 3 days after cessation of treatment was observed. Sleep medication were observed during and after cessation of treatment three days of sleep.
The effective insomnia remission rate of 91% in the control group was 94% effective for insomnia, the results showed no significant difference (P< 0.05). The group observed after cessation of treatment of insomnia remission rate was 91% in the control group was 11%, the results were statistically significant difference (P>0.05).

To make a correlation analysis between red cell distribution fragment QRS and clinical parameters in patient with non-ST elevate myocardial infarction.
We retrospectively evaluated a total of 72 patients with non-ST elevate myocardial infarction. The study on correlation and statistical analysis were made together with RDW、TC、LDL、HDL、fQRS number、LVEF、age、number of coronary ateries narrowed.
LVEF had significant correlation with RDW、fQRS number (P < 0.05). As to the correlation of number of coronary ateries narrowed had significant correlation with RDW (P < 0.05). number of coronary ateries narrowed had a very significant correlation with fQRS number; The age had a very significant correlation with RDW、fQRS number、number of coronary ateries narrowed (P < 0.05). As to the correlation of TC、LDL、HDL did not had significant correlation with RDW、fQRS number、LVEF、number of coronary ateries narrowed.
RDW、fQRS number have significant correlation with LVEF、number of coronary ateries narrowed. RDW、fQRS can provide useful information of short term progonosis in non-ST elevate myocardial infarction.
To investigate the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis protein Livin and tumor suppressor gene PTEN and its association with tumor apoptosis of breast cancer, and to study the mechanism of apoptosis, invasion and metastasis in breast cancer.
Expressions of Livin and PTEN were examined by Elivision immunohistochemistry in 90 cases of breast cancer tissues and 30 cases of breast fibroadenoma tissues. The apoptosis in breast tissues was examined by TUNEL. To analyze the relationships between expression of Livin and PTEN and apoptosis of breast cancer.
In 90 cases of breast cancer, the expression positive incidences of Livin and PTEN were respectively 54.4%, 48.9%, the apoptosis index (AI) was 4.79%±1.62%, which all differentiate apparently those of the benign control group (P < 0.01). In breast cancer tissues, the expression of Livin was positively related to tumor size, clinical stage (P < 0.05), but negatively related to AI (P < 0.05), but unapparently related to patients age, histopathologic grade, lymphnode metastasis (P>0.05). The expression of PTEN was negatively related to lymphnode metastasis, clinical stage (P < 0.05), but positively related to AI (P < 0.05), but unapparently related to patients age, tumor size, histopathologic grade (P>0.05).
Livin and PTEN respectively play the roles of inhibiting and promoting in apoptosis of breast cancer. Both the high expression of Livin and the loss expression of PTEN can promote invasion and metastasis by restraining apoptosis in breast cancer. It is hopeful to effect apoptosis, carcinogenesis and development through regulating Livin and PTEN expression in breast cancer.
To analyze the correlation of VEGF, Ang-2 and SUVmax of PET/CT in benign and malignant lung tumor, provide the basis of the property determination of lung tumor.
Eighty-nine solitary pulmonary nodules patients of our hospital from Jan. 2014 to June 2014 were selected as research objectives. All patients were divided by pathological grading after operative treatment. All patients were tested by PET/CT before operative treatment and the diameter of lesions, SUVmax were tested. The tumor tissue were acquired after surgery and the expression of VEGF and Ang-2 were tested by immunohistochemical. Taken together, ROC curve was evaluated by measured value and the best cutoff point for pulmonary lumps diagnosis was demonstrated by VEGF, Ang-2 and SUVmax.
(1) The VEGF, Ang-2 and SUVmax of malignant lung tumor patients were higher than benign lung tumor patients with significant differences (P < 0.05). (2) ROC curve analysis showed that VEGF=89.0, Ang-2=81.5, SUVmax value=2.85, the sensitivity of the diagnosis of isolated pulmonary lumps malignant were 75%, 82.8%, 92.2%, specificity of 80.0%, 76.0%, 64.0% respectively. (3) VEGF in benign group (r=0.534, P=0.006), Ang-2(r=0.558, P=0.558) were correlated with SUVmax. In malignant lung tumor patients, VEGF (r=0.575, P=0.000) and Ang-2 (r=0.598, P=0.000), were correlated with SUVmax.
The expression of VEGF, Ang-2 and the value of SUVmax in PET/CT tests in malignant lung tumor patients were higher than that in benign lung tumor patients, which can provide the basis of the property determination of lung tumor.
To study the clinicophathologic characteristics of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP).
Clinical pathological features and immunohistochemical findings were observed in 28 cases of DFSP.
The majority of the patients were young to middle-aged men. The tumor usually presented as a firm nodule, with a high frequency of recurrence after incomplete excision. The spindle-shaped cells were typically arranged in a storiform or a cartwheel growth pattern. In this study, all cases of DFSPs tended to stain positively for Vimentin and CD34 and negatively for S-100. DFSP with high-grade sarcomatous transformation was observed in 2 cases, in which CD34 was weak.
CD34 is helpful for us to distinguish DFSP from other cutaneous spindle cell tumors. When CD34 is weak or uneven in some areas, attention should be paid to observing if the DFSP contains a high-grade sarcomatous component.
To evaluate the clinical value and complication of SSPS for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS).
From March 2011 to October 2014, a total of 52 patients underwent SSPS for AIS in our hospital. There were 20 males and 32 females, with a mean age of 16.5 years (range 13-18 years). The mean follow-up period was 30 months (range 3-60 months). The complications in intraoperative period and at early or long-middle term in post-operative period were observed.
Cobb angle of major thoracic curve in standing comnal plane was 86.67°±10.31°(74.32°~96.5l°), flexibility was 15.82%±7.37%(6.82%~29.74%), operation timewas (200.59±38.12) min, blood loss during operation was (838.10±197.90) ml. correction rate of maior thomcic curve in comnal plane one week after operation were 72.07%±10.80%. Of 4 revision surgeries, fusion Segments were extended due to progressive scoliosis in 1 surgery; 1 patient underwent proximal fusion extension due to proximal junctional kyphosis; 1 patients had antibiotic therapy due to infection; 1 patient underwent implant replacement and autograft due to pseudarthrosis and instrument failure.
SSPS gain a good correction in the treatment of AIS. The most common causes for revision surgery for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis are curve progression, infection, pseudarthrosis and abnormal proximal junctional kyphosis.
To analyze the postoperative complications and their treatment after ventricular-peritoneal shunt in children.
The information of 282 children with hydrocephalus who were performed ventricular-peritoneal shunt in recent 10 years was collected and the rate of postoperative complications was analyzed.
The postoperative complications occurred in 30 cases (10.6%).There were obstructions of distal end in 12 cases, of proximate ends in 4 cases, and of the valve in 1 case. Postoperative infections occurred in 7 cases (4 cases had intracranial infection and 3 cases had wound infection). 1 case had abdominal cystic, 2 cases had intestinal perforations and 1 case had tube dislocation into the rectum. The proximate end was pulled out in 1 case and leakage of cerebrospinal fluid in 1 case.
The ventricular-peritoneal shunt is a safe and curative procedure for hydrocephalus in children. The postoperative complications should be prevented and treated appropriately.
To explore the morbidity and clinical characteristics of myositis ossificans progressiva (MOP) in Chinese patients.
We reviewed 70 reports of a total of 104 MOP cases during 1980 to 2013 in China and analyzed the patients' age and gender distribution, congenital deformities of the toes, initial symptoms, the most frequently affected region, and diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
The 104 MOP cases reported contained more male patients than female patients (1.36:1). The age of onset ranged from 0 to 30 years, mostly below 4 years. The patients were characterized by a progressive development of systemic myositis ossificans. Sixty of the patients had deformities of the toes. The initial symptoms were frequently head or cervical masses affecting mostly the neck and spinal column with gradual extension to the major joints of the body to cause limited and even loss of activity. The diagnosis of MOP relies mainly on evaluation of the clinical symptoms and radiographic findings, but so far no effective treatment has been available.
An early diagnosis and systemic systematic treatments may help delay the progression of the disease and improve the patients' quality of life.
To evaluate the efficacy, prognosis and safety of oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy regimens versus cisplatin-based chemotherapy regimens as first-line treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
A comprehensive literature search (up to December 31, 2014) was performed in CNKI, WangFang, Medline/PubMed, Embase/ Ovid and Cochrane Library. We also searched abstracts present at the conferences of ASCO and EMSO annual meeting and relevant clinical trials from clinical trial registry of North America (www.clinicaltrials.gov). Primary outcomes were overall survival (OS), overall response rate (ORR) and grade 3-4 toxicities.
Thirty-two randomized controlled trial (RCTs) were included and 3994 patients were analyzed (1992 in oxaliplatin-based regimen and 2002 in cisplatin-based regimen). The meta-analysis showed that oxaliplatin-based regimen significantly prolong the OS (HR=0.90, 95%CI 0.81-0.99) and FPS (HR=0.89, 95% CI 0.81-0.98) compare to cisplatin-based regimen. Pooled estimate demonstrated that ORR of oxaliplatin-based regimen was superior (OR=1.33, 95%CI 1.17-1.51), similar trend was drawn in Asian patients subgroup and Caucasian patients subgroup. In grade III or IV toxicities, oxalipaltin-based regimen had a lower incidence of anemia (OR=0.49, 95%CI 0.38-0.62), leucopenia (OR=0.37, 95% CI 0.27-0.51), neutropenia (OR=0.49, 95% CI 0.40-0.59), but nausea/vomiting (OR=0.37, 95% CI 0.21-0.61) and peripheral neuropathy (OR=7.16, 95%CI 4.06-12.64) occurred commonly. All above had statistical significant.
Oxaliplatin-based regimen have better efficacy prognosis and fewer toxicities compared with cisplatin-based regimen, can be recommended and replace cisplatin for advanced gastric cancer. More large size and high quality RCTs need to confirm the results and provide more information in comparing the two regimens.

Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)involving L-carnitine in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients(MHD)with renal anemia were from CNKI、the Chinese biomedical database (CBM)、VIP database、WanFang Data、The Cochrane Library, PubMed and Foreign Medical Journal Service (FMJS). To evaluate the quality of included studies by the Cochrane-recommended menthod; and data analyses were performed with Cochrane Collaboration's RevMan 5.0.
Seven RCTs (319 participants) were included. The meta-analysis results showed that L-carnitine significantly increased hemoglobin [MD=-3.30, 95CI (-6.44,-0.17), P=0.04]、hematocrit [MD=-0.60, 95% CI(-1.06, -0.13), P=0.01] and decreased the required erythropoietin dose [MD=-1.71, 95%CI(-3.31,-0.12), P=0.04].
In this meta-analysis,there is conclusive evidence that L-carnitine can significantly benefit hemodialysis-related renal anemia.

To acquaint the current situation of undergraduate' nutritional knowledge ,attitude, practice (K-A-P) and BMI in northern Anhui Province and investigate the improvement of K-A-P and BMI of undergraduates with setting of nutriology.
A total of 899 students from 2 general undergraduate schools and 1 higher vocational school in northern Anhui Province were selected as investigated subjects with the stratified and cluster random sampling ,the students containing 46.83% boys (421) and 53.17% girls (478), 451 junior college students(205 students who studied nutriology and 246 students without study of nutriology) and 448 undergraduates (214 students who studied nutriology and 234 students without study of nutriology).Questionnaire investigation was conducted among research subjects and nutritional K-A-P and BMI was analyzed.
The students without study of nuriology had poor scores of nutritional knowledge and practice (the percent of pass is 15.21% and 23.13% respectively) and better score of nutritional attitude(the percent of pass is 91.88%)and their percent of normal BMI was 75.83%.The scores and score distribution of nutritional K-A-P of students who studied nutriology increased and their BMI was improved compared with that of students without study of nuriology. For example, the percent of pass of nutritional K-A-P is 97.85%, 100% and 58.71% respectively and the percent of normal BMI was 82.82%. But nutritional practice of students who studied nutriology exists defects and the percent of pass is only 58.71%.
Setting of nutriology in colleges and universities is an effective method of nutrition education.
To discussion on intervening measures and optimized proposals of reducing the dispensing error rate of intelligent pharmacy.
27,867 prescriptions from outpatient pharmacy were collected and were checked with the method of self-contract method. All these prescriptions are made within one week of workday during January 2015 before taking optimized measures and that in May 2015 after taking optimized measures.
The major error is caused by intelligent dispensing machine,which contruibuted to 78.5% of all the errors.We analyzed causes that led to errors of intelligent dispensing machine, including medicines getting stuck on the track, lackage of medicines, track design of bottle medicines, medicines getting stuck on the driving belt, medicine boxes pasting on each other and lagging dispensing machine. The accuracy of automatic dispensing machine was improved by optimizing track of special medicines and increasing machine arms and foam articles, etc. and we evaluated the effect of optimized measures at the same time. The error rates of intelligent dispensing machine dramatically reduced from 4.61‰ to 2.64‰ after taking optimized measures. and this result showed a statistically difference(P<0.1).
Intervening measure and optimized proposal of reducing the error rate of intelligent dispensing machine can effectively solve the problems of our recent working system and ensure the pharmacy safety of patients.

Nineteen infants were diagnosed as fundus vascular disease in pediatric retina department from January 2014 to October 2014.
Fourteen cases with retinopathy of prematurity, two cases with familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, one case with persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous, one caseswith Coats disease, one case with retinoblastoma were confirmed after FFA. All of the patients underwent FFA smoothly, without any severe complications.
