西吡氯铵含片对口源性口臭患者口腔内致臭菌的影响

摘要: 目的研究西吡氯铵含片对口源性口臭致臭菌的抑制作用,探讨西吡氯铵含片治疗口源性口臭的效果。方法(1)选择中
间普雷沃菌,致臭菌牙龈卟啉单胞菌、具核梭杆菌以及唾液链球菌作为实验菌,通过体外抑菌实验确定西吡氯铵含片对四种实
验菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);(2)使用硫化物检测仪Halimeter 测量加入西吡氯铵含片的三种菌培养液厌氧培养4 h和8 h后产
生的挥发性硫化物(VSCs)数值;(3)通过检测药物作用的持续时间长短以及VSCs水平的下降情况,来评价西吡氯铵含片在人
体内抑制致臭菌,降低挥发性硫化物的产生,消除口臭的功效。结果(1)西吡氯铵含片对所有实验细菌均有较强的抑菌作用;
(2)西吡氯铵含片抑制牙龈卟啉单胞菌,中间普雷沃菌,具核梭杆菌产VSCs的效果明显,其效果与氯己定的抑菌效果相近;
(3)与蒸馏水漱口相比,口腔含服一片西吡氯铵含片后,半胱氨酸激发VSCs的水平下降百分比明显(P<0.05),作用持续时间为
230 min。结论西吡氯铵含片对口源性口臭患者口腔内致臭菌有明显的杀灭作用,对治疗口源性口臭有良好的效果。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets on halitosis induced by oral conditions.
Methods With Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia and Fusobacterium nucleatum as the testing bacteria, the minimal
inhibitory concentration (MIC) of cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets was determined using minute amount serial dilution
test. The production of volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs) was measured using sulfide detector halimeter in the anaerobic
bacteria culture at 4 and 8 h after addition of the tablets. The effect of the tablets in suppressing odor production by
mouth-borne halitosis bacteria was assessed using cysteine challenge test in healthy volunteers, and the effectiveness was
evaluated by measuring the reduction in VSCs production and the duration of the effect. Results Cetylpyridinium chloride
buccal tablets inhibited the growth of all the 3 bacteria. The tablets obviously inhibited VSCs production by the 3 bacteria with
a effect similar to chlorhexidine. Compared with distilled water gargle, the buccal tablets significantly reduced
cysteine-induced VSCs production level in the healthy volunteers (P<0.05), and the effect lasted for 230 min. Conclusion
Cetylpyridinium chloride tablets can obviously suppress bacteria responsible for oral halitosis and produce good effects in the
treatment of halitosis induced by oral conditions.
