摘要: 胎盘是胎儿生长发育、代谢循环及维持母胎生理平衡的重要脏器。血管形成是胎盘发育的关键,其不仅包括胎儿血液循
环,还包括子宫内膜和胎盘的血管变化。血管的形成与血管生成因子如血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、胎盘生长因子(PLGF)等密
切相关。胎儿生长受限(FGR)属严重高危妊娠,不仅对胎儿在妊娠期的健康造成威胁,还会增加分娩后远期多种疾病的发病
率。目前已有关于血管生成因子与胎儿生长受限之间的研究,现将两者之间的关系作一综述。

Abstract: Placenta is an important organ to maintain fetal growth, metabolism, maternal and fetal physiologic balance.
Angiogenesis is a critical factor in placental development involved in fetal blood circulation and vascular changes in the
endometrium and placenta. Angiogenesis is closely related to angiogenesis factors such as vascular endothelial growth factor
and placenta growth factor. Fetal growth restriction threats the fetal health in gestation and also increases the long-term
likeliness of several diseases. In this review, the authors summarize the findings in current studies of the relationship between
angiogenesis factors and fetal growth restriction.
