摘要： 肺癌发生血行转移较为常见，除小细胞型支气管肺癌及黑色素瘤外，发生广泛转移的肿瘤，很少累及前列腺，肺腺癌前列
腺转移应以全身化疗为主，积极治疗原发病灶，同时行转移灶的姑息放疗，结合中医药综合治疗，提高患者生存质量。通过对该
病例的报道，可以提高对肺腺癌和前列腺癌的认识。

Abstract: Hematogenous metastasis is common in lung cancer, and except for small cell lung cancer and melanoma, tumors
with extensive metastasis seldom involve the prostate. The treatment of lung adenocarcinoma with prostate metastasis relies
mainly on systemic chemotherapy with rigorous treatment of the primary lesions and metastatic palliative radiotherapy.
Comprehensive treatment integrating traditional Chinese medicine may improve the quality of life of the patients.
