摘要: 目的研究大戟(Euphorbia pekinensis)根的化学成分。方法化学成分分离采用柱层析和液相色谱方法,结构鉴定采用ESI-MS,NMR。结果从大戟干燥根的乙醇提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别为地榆皂苷I(1)、3β-α-L-阿拉伯糖基-12,19(29)-二烯乌苏酸-28-β-D-葡萄糖酯(2)、丹酚酸B(3)和Senarguine B(4)。结论这些化合物均为首次从大戟根中分离得到。
Abstract: Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Euphorbia pekinensis roots. Method Column and liquidchromatography were used for the isolation of chemical constituents, and their chemical structures were determined using aspectroscopic method. Results and Conclusion Four compounds were isolated and identified as ziyu glycoside I (1),3β-α-L-arabinopyranosyloxyurs-12,19(29)-dien-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), lithospermic acid B (3), andsenarguine B (4), which were obtained for the first time from the roots of Euphorbia pekinensis.
