光学相干断层扫描及超声生物显微镜测量眼前房深度的meta分析

Comparison of anterior chamber depth measured by anterior segment optical coherence tomography and ultrasound biomicroscopy: a meta-analysis

摘要: 目的比较前节光学相干断层扫描(AS-OCT)及超生物显微镜(UBM)所测量眼前房深度结果的差异程度。方法计算机
检索相关数据库,搜集关于AS-OCT及UBM测量眼前房深度比较的研究性文献,两名评价员按照纳入排除标准独立对文献进
行筛选及质量评价,对最终纳入的文献进行Meta 分析。结果共纳入8 篇研究文献,合计710 眼,Meta 分析显示:AS-OCT及
UBM在全体人群中测得的前房深度值无统计学意义上的差异[SMD=0.19,95%置信区间为(0.00,0.39)];在原发性闭角型青光
眼患者中测得的前房深度值亦无统计学意义上的差异[SMD=0.02,95%置信区间为(-0.04,0.19)]。结论AS-OCT及UBM所测
量的前房深度不存在显著统计学差异,但由于研究文献偏少、样本量较小,致使本系统评价结果论证强度不高,还需要开展更高
质量的一致性分析。

Abstract: Objective To compare the differences in the anterior chamber depth (ACD) measured by anterior segment optical
coherence tomography (AS-OCT) and ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM). Methods All studies pertaining to ACD measured by
AS-OCT and UBM were collected from online databases. The assessment of methodological quality and data extraction from
the included studies were performed independently by two reviewers for meta-analysis. Results Eight studies involving 710
eyes were included in the analysis. The difference of ACD measurements between AS-OCT and UBM was not statistically
significant in the overall patients included for analysis (SMD=0.19, 95% CI [0.00, 0.39]) or in the patients with primary
angle-closed glaucoma (SMD=0.02,95% CI[-0.04,0.19]). Conclusion The ACD measurements do not differ significantly
between AS-OCT and UBM. Due to the relatively small number of the included studies and the patients involved, this
conclusion needs further confirmation by high-quality studies involving larger sample sizes.
