X线联合超声波诊断单发性骨软骨瘤的价值

Value of X-ray combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of solitary osteochondroma

摘要: 目的探讨最适合于基层医院的单发性骨软骨瘤的影像学检查方式。方法回顾性分析62例单发骨软骨瘤病例的影像学
检查,分析比较X线、CT及超声波检查的诊断结果及术前的经济消费情况,所有病例均采用手术切除治疗。结果X线、CT检查
均可以很好地诊断单发性骨软骨瘤,但X线检查不能诊断肿瘤的软骨帽及周边软组织病变。单纯超声波检查诊断单发性骨软
骨瘤的能力有限,但其与CT检查一样,对肿瘤的软骨帽及周边软组织病变诊断较佳。采用“X线+超声波”检查诊断单发性骨软
骨瘤的结果与CT检查并无统计学差异(P>0.05),但其产生的总费用低于CT检查所产生的费用(P<0.05)。结论X线联合超声
波检查在单发性骨软骨瘤的诊断中具有与CT检查结果相当的应用价值,还具有更为经济、简便、安全和易随访的优势,在基层
医院具有推广价值。

Abstract: Objective To explore the most appropriate imaging examinations for solitary osteochondroma in primary hospitals.
Methods A retrospective evaluation was performed to analyze the imaging examinations (including X-ray, CT, and
ultrasound) of 62 patients undergoing surgeries for solitary osteochondroma in terms of the diagnostic results and
preoperative expenditure of the patients. Results X-ray and CT have a high diagnostic value for solitary osteochondroma, but
X-ray cannot display cartilage and lesions in surrounding soft tissues. Ultrasound is limited in diagnosis of solitary
osteochondroma, but performed well as CT in displaying cartilage and lesions in surrounding soft tissues. There was no
statistical difference between combined X-ray and ultrasound and CT in diagnosis of solitary osteochondroma (P>0.05), but the
former had a lower cost (P<0.05). Conclusion X-ray combined with ultrasound has almost comparable value with CT in the
diagnosis of solitary osteochondroma and is more practical for application in primary hospitals.
