尿素通道蛋白在正常人和尿毒症患者汗腺细胞中的表达

摘要: 目的探讨尿素通道蛋白(UTs)在正常人和尿毒症患者中皮肤及汗腺细胞表达情况。方法切取尿毒症及肾功正常者腹部
皮肤及腋臭患者的大汗腺组织,采用免疫组化SP法及免疫荧光法检测汗腺组织中UTs的表达特征,定量分析UTs在尿毒症及
对照组间表达的差异。结果UTs在人皮肤基底层细胞及大、小汗腺组织中均有表达。N-UT-A1、UT-B1蛋白亚型在尿毒症组的
小汗腺细胞中表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C-UT-A1蛋白亚型在两组间的表达差异不大(P>0.05)。结论人
皮肤基底层细胞、小汗腺细胞及大汗腺细胞中均表达UTs,且UTs在尿毒症患者的小汗腺中表达比正常人更高。

Abstract: Objective To explore the expression of urea transporters (UTs) in the skin and sweat glands of normal subjects and
patients with uremia. Methods Abdominal skin biopsy samples of patients with uremia and normal patients and apocrine
sweat gland tissue from patients with bromhidrosis were examined for the expression of UTs using immunohistochemistry
and fluorescence immunoassay for quantitative analysis. Results Both UT-A1 and UT-B1 proteins were expressed in the skin
basal cell layer, eccrine sweat gland and apocrine sweat gland tissues. In uremic patients, N-UT-A1 and UT-B1 expressions
were significantly higher than those in the control (P<0.05) but C-UT-A1 expression was similar (P>0.05). Conclusion UTs are
expressed in human skin basal cell layer, eccrine sweat gland and apocrine sweat gland tissues, and their expressions are
upregulated in uremic patients.
