血管回声跟踪技术评价弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿伴甲亢患者股动脉的内皮功能

Echo-tracking technology for evaluating femoral artery endothelial function in patients with Grave’s disease

摘要: 目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术评价弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿伴甲亢患者股动脉内皮功能及弹性的诊断价值。方法选择弥漫
性毒性甲状腺肿伴甲亢患者34例及正常对照组30例,应用血管回声跟踪技术分别检测股总动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、僵硬度
(β),压力应变弹性系数(Ep),顺应性(AC),脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),增大指数(AI)。结果弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿伴甲亢患者股
动脉β、Ep、PWVβ显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),AC显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组AI比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);股总动脉
弹性参数β、Ep与FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4呈正相关性;PWVβ与FT3、FT4呈正相关性。结论血管回声跟踪技术能够早期发现弥漫
性毒性甲状腺肿伴甲亢患者外周动脉内皮功能改变,在评价血管弹性功能障碍方面能够提供较为准确的量化诊断依据,但检测
中仍需注意影响其测值准确性的操作因素。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo assess the value of echo-tracking technology in evaluating endothelial function of the femoral artery in
patients with Grave’s disease.MethodsThirty-four patients with Grave’s disease patients and30normal adults as controls
wererecruitedinthis study. Theintima-mediathickness (IMT), arterial stiffness (β), pressurestrainelasticmodulus (Ep),
arterial compliance(AC), pulsewaveconductingvelocity(PWVβ) andaugmentationindex(AI) parameterswereexamined
using echo-tracking technology for evaluating the right femoral arterial elasticity.ResultsCompared with the control subjects,
thepatientswithGrave’sdiseaseshowedsignificantlyincreasedβ, Ep, andPWVβandsignificantlydecreasedAC(P<0.05), but
the argumentation index were similar between the two groups (P>0.05). Inpatients withGrave’s disease, βandEpwere
positively correlated with FT3, FT4, TT3, TT4, and PWVβ was positively correlated with FT3 and FT4. Conclusion
Echo-tracking technology can provide more accurate quantitative evidences for early diagnosis of femoral artery endothelial
dysfunction in patients with Grave’s disease, but the influence of procedural factors on the measurement accuracy should be
considered in the evaluation.
