注射用双黄连冻干粉化学成分的分离与鉴别

Isolation of the chemical constituents from Shuanghuanglian injection and their structural identification

摘要: 目的研究注射用双黄连粉针剂药效物质基础,为双黄连粉针剂更合理的应用和更广泛的开发提供依据。方法应用各种柱色谱方法对其化学成分进行分离,并利用各种理化、光谱技术鉴定所分离得到的化学成分。结果从双黄连粉针剂中分离得到7个化合物,经鉴定分别为:绿原酸、咖啡酸、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、芦丁、黄芩苷和葡萄糖。结论除绿原酸、咖啡酸和黄芩苷外,其他4种化合物均系从该制剂中首次分得。 

Abstract: Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Shuanghuanglian injection. Methods Chromatography and spectral analysis were performed to isolate and identify the chemical constituents respectively. Results and Conclusion Seven compounds were isolated from Shuanghuanglian injection, including chlorogenic acid (Ⅰ), caffeic acid (Ⅱ), chrysophanol (Ⅲ), physcion (Ⅳ), rutin (Ⅴ), baicalein (Ⅵ) and glucose (Ⅶ). The compounds Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅶ were isolated and identified in Shuanghuanglian injection for the first time.
