代谢综合征患者血清白介素10与胰岛素抵抗的关系

Relationship between serum interleukin-10 and insulin resistance in metabolic syndrome

摘要: 目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)与血清白介素10(IL-10)水平的关系。方法 MS患者及年龄相匹配的正常对照组各18例。以高胰岛素-正常血糖钳夹技术检测葡萄糖代谢率(M值),评价IR程度:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-10水平,用Pearson相关分析法分析血清IL-10水平与M值的相关性。结果 MS组M值显著低于对照组[(5.76±1.81)mg/kg·min vs (8.39±1.25)mg/kg·mim,P<0.05];MS组血清IL-10水平显著低于对照组[1.3(0.8/3.1) pg/ml vs 2.4(1.1/4.5)pg/ml,P<0.05];Pearson相关分析法显示血清IL-10水平与M值正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MS患者血清IL-10水平降低,可能与IR的发生有关。 

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between serum interleukin-10 (IL-10) level and insulin resistance (IR) in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods Eighteen MS subjects and 18 age-matched normal subjects were enrolled. IR was evaluated by hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp technique and serum IL-10 level measured by ELISA. Pearson’s correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between serum IL-10 level and IR. Results Serum IL-10 levels were significantly higher in patients with MS than in the controls [1.3 (0.8/3.1) pg/ml vs 2.4 (1.1/4.5) pg/ml, P<0.05], and glucose metabolic rate (M value) derived from hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp technique was lower in MS subjects than in controls [(5.76±1.81) mg/kg·min vs (8.39±1.25) mg/kg·min], P<0.05]. Serum IL-10 levels showed a positive correlation with M value (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with MS have greater IR and lower serum IL-10 levels than normal subjects, and lowered IL-10 levels might be involved in the pathogenesis of IR in MS.
