肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅰ、Ⅱ在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

Expressions of tumor necrosis factor receptorⅠ and Ⅱ in human gastric carcinoma

摘要： 目的 探讨胃癌组织中肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅰ、Ⅱ(TNFRⅠ、Ⅱ)表达量与临床病理因素及肿瘤分期间的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学SABC法检测51例胃癌组织、41例癌旁组织及15例正常胃粘膜中TNFRⅠ、Ⅱ的表达。结果 胃癌组织中TNFRⅠ、Ⅱ表达均比癌旁组织及正常组织显著增高(P<0.05),且癌旁组织TNFRⅠ、Ⅱ表达亦显著高于正常组织(P<0.05)。在胃癌组织中,TNFRⅠ、Ⅱ表达与和浆膜浸润和淋巴结转移无关,而与肿瘤分化程度有关(r=-0.3111,P=0.035;r=-0.5952,P=0.000),当肿瘤分化程度低时TNFRⅠ、Ⅱ表达低。结论 TNFRⅠ、Ⅱ检测对判断胃癌恶性程度有重要价值。

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical significance of expressions of tumor necrosis factor receptorⅠ and Ⅱ(TNFRⅠ and Ⅱ) and their relationship with clinical pathology in human gastric carcinoma. Methods SABC immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expressions of TNFRⅠ and Ⅱ in 51 cases of gastric carcinoma, 41 adjacent mucosal and 15 normal gastric mucosa tissues. Results The positivity rates of TNFRⅠ and Ⅱ expressions in human gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than those in the adjacent mucosal and normal mucosal tissues, and their expressions were significantly higher in the surrounding mucosa than in the normal tissues. In gastric carcinoma tissues, no correlations of TNFRⅠ and Ⅱ expressions with serous membrane invasion or lymph node metastasis were found, but the differentiation grade was positively correlated with TNFR expressions (r=-0.3111, P=0.035; r=-0.5952, P=0.000, respectively). Conclusion TNFRⅠ and Ⅱ expressions are valuable indicators for determining the malignancy and predicting the differentiation grade of gastric carcinoma.
