摘要： 用高效液相色谱法测定了广东引种苏合香中桂皮酸的含量。结果表明,广东引种苏合香中游离桂皮酸含量为8.05%,总桂皮酸含量为35.85%,符合药典规定的桂皮酸含量要求。

Abstract: The content of cinnamic acid in styrax produced in Guangdong Province was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. The results indicate that the content of total cinnamic acid and free cinnamic acid were 35.85% and 8.05%, respectively, which meets the demand of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
