早期营养对湿热环境创伤大鼠脂质过氧化和一氧化氮的影响

Effect of early nutritional support on plasma superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and nitric oxide in rats with burns in a hot and humid environment

摘要: 目的 探讨高温高湿创伤复合应激条件下超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和一氧化氮的变化规律。方法 (1)给湿热创伤对照组动物以去离子水灌胃1周,造成背部浅Ⅱ度烫伤,置于仿真模拟气候舱[干球温度(37±0.5)℃,相对湿度65%±5%]1~2h,每组各分为热应激1、2、4、10h4个时间点;(2)给湿热创伤给药组维生素C、L-精氨酸、维生素E组成的复合营养素灌胃1周,创伤和湿热、时间点处理同(1)。结果 对照组和给药组血浆超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛含量变化的差异有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);对照组1h与对照组2、6h间血浆NO含量比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 早期肠道营养对于减轻应激、保护器官及预防并发症的发生有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective To observe the changes of plasma superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) in rats with combined stress of burn injury and hot and humid environment. Methods The rats with superficial second-degree scald were subjected to intragastric administration of double-distilled water for one week (control group) or treated with ascorbic acid and L-arginine mixed with α-Tocopherol for one week (treatment group). All the rats were exposed to the same hot and humid environment of Td 37±0.5 ℃ with relative humidity of 65%±5% for 1-2 h. Observation was performed at 1, 2, 4, and 10 h after the heat exposure, respectively. Results SOD and MDA changes were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). In the control group, NO levels at 1 h were significantly different from those measured at 2 and 6 h after the exposure (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Early nutritional support can significantly reduce the stress organ injuries, and prevent complications following injury in a hot and humid environment.
