低分割三维适形放疗结合化疗治疗非小细胞型肺癌疗效观察

Effect of 3-dimensional conformal hypofractionated high-dose radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for non-small-cell lung cancer:a clinical observation

摘要： 目的 探讨低分割三维适形放疗结合化疗治疗非小细胞型肺癌的疗效。方法 采用低分割三维适形放疗治疗63例NSCLC患者,观察疗效、患者生存率及术后并发症。结果 患者术后中位生存期14个月,肿瘤局部控制率79.1%,1、3、5年生存率分别是65.2%、23.2%、10.4%,3~4级放射性肺炎及食管炎的发生率分别为9.5%、4.8%。结论 低分割三维适形放疗结合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌有较好的疗效,局部复发仍然是治疗失败的主要原因之一。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of three-dimensional conformal hypofractionated high-dose radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods The combined treatment was carried out in 63 cases of NSCLC and the short-term effects, the patients’ survival rate and complications were observed.Results Local control of tumor growth was achieved in 79.1% of the patients and the survival rates of 1, 3, and 5 years were 65.2%, 23.2%, and 10.4%, respectively. The median actual survival of the patients was 14 months. Late radiation pneumonitis (grade 3 or 4) and oesophagitis occurred in 9.5% and 4.8% of the patients, respectively.Conclusion s Three-dimensional conformal hypofractionated high-dose radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy can be an effective and practical approach to treat NSCLC, but local recurrence remains the major factor of treatment failure.
